that squash and spaghetti sauce sounds good. we're almost done with four straight weeks of hard 30 min. cross fit work outs 5 times a week. (mix of 3-4 exercises in 3-5 hard sets.) i'm definitely totally tighter muscles everywhere and am back to running a mile on top of it all!
feels good to feel better!
